In this products are tested by the real users through which a research teams comes to know about the view from the customer about its product that would make a customer satisfied. Creating Customer Survey: By having survey from the customer there feedback can be driven to us and through that we will be able to find the week points and look for the solutions and this would make a customer believe that there point of complaint or a suggestion is very much valueable for a company and this leads to make a customer satisfied. Social Media Monitor: As the time has changed now and the social media has took up the place as over the physical market audience as mostly products starts selling over the Internet so it's compusory to perform some social media activities by giving some challanges and tasks for our customers and make them satisfy by giving the service our there also for there doubts and complaints.
